Return & Exchange Period

Customers have a 14-day window from the day of delivery to return or exchange their products.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for  a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met :

The product must have been purchased directly from FAAYAB

The perfume must not have been used beyond 2ml.

The customer is responsible for safely returning the product to FAAYAB. Return shipping costs and any risk of damage during transit are the customer's responsibility.

All return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and final approval by the FAAYAB team.

Please note that personalized, custom made, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

Return & Exchange Process

To return or exchange, simply message our customer support on WhatsApp at +92 320 864 3333. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return or  exchange, and the reason for return or exchange.

If your request is approved, you will be provided with the return instructions and our warehouse address.

The customer is responsible for securely packaging and returning the product to FAAYAB using a reliable courier service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, FAAYAB will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange request.
